Bogdanjuša is a varietal wine, light and refreshing, with a lot of citrusy and herbal aromatics. The name of the wine Bogdanjuša comes from the indigenous variety bogdanuša (god’s apple), from which this wine is made entirely. The quality of this wine is important for the cold maceration that lasts about 12 hours. Fermentation and aging take place in stainless steel barrels to preserve freshness and aroma. These wines are bottled in early spring and are ready to enjoy after only half a year.
